Join us for a potluck dinner and social at Davida and Jim Luehrs’ home.  After dinner we will break out into discussion groups.

Since it is a potluck, let Davida know what type of food dish you wish to bring, it should serve at least six people.  Appetizer, main dish, side dish, veggie dish, tossed green salad, fruit salad, or dessert.

Dr. Timothy Schoen, Director of Consitituent Communications at FFB, will be presenting a program on AMD and other Retinal Diseases.  An AMD Patient Ambassador will also speak on their disease from a personal perspective discussing disease progression and maintaining eye health.  You will ahe the unique opportunity to tap into Dr. Schoen's expertise on AMD and other retinal diseases including RP, Stargardt, and Usher syndrome during the Q&A session.
