Thanks to each of you who braved the rain, cold and mud on Sunday.  It was a great day!  As one of the first walks this year, you really got us off to a great start!  With close to 600 walkers, we certainly raised awareness, and to date, we have raised over $111,000!  We are so much closer to a cure because of you and your efforts!  Give yourself a BIG bear hug from the millions of people who are counting on our sight saving research!

Thank you to our awesome VisionWalk leaders.  Thank you Matt & Katy Cowan (Co-Chairs) and Ali Lawson (Youth Chair).  You are a valued member of the VisionWalk family and we are so greatful for your leadership and dedication to finding a cure!

We are not done yet Atlanta!
Let's keep the momentum going!  We are $34,000 from reaching our goal of $145,000.  Remember, VisionWalk is a season, not a month!  Be sure to enter any donations you still have here.  Many of you have asked about ways to stay involved and continue raising money so we can exceed our fundraising goal.  This is a great way to do just that!

I know declare the month of May, FIGHT FOR SIGHT month in Atlanta!  If we all join forces and get the VisionWalk POP Eyes out, we will definitely leave our mark on Atlanta.  By next year's VisionWalk, EVERYONE in Atlanta will know who we are and why we walk!

POP Eyes are our point of purchase program.  To participate in Fight For Sight month, simply sell these POP Eyes at your business or ask businesses you frequent to sell them.
